What is wrong with you is besides the point. What is right IS the point!

How do you bring that sense of the sacred back into your life?

This year has brought many changes for me and I want to make sure you benefit from it. The local Tibetan monastery brings me plenty of time for meditation and our recent trip to India has reinforced more than ever that most people in the West are not happy, despite copious amount of material possession. Why? India taught us a few lessons, those living with little seemed happier than those living with much. One of the reasons is that we don't integrate that sense of the sacred, that sense of ritual and awe into our lives as we go from projects to projects, chasing the illusive happiness maker, more-money and its sister material-wealth.

India reminded me to take even more time to meditate, if you wish or check in with myself many times a day, something all highly successful people do. It also reminded me to constantly have that coaching mindset of asking: "Am I on track? Am I doing what I really want to do?" In other words, am I running away or running to something?

My quality pledge to you as a coach is reflected by my continuous training and the furthering of my accreditations with the International Coaching foundation, ICF. Click here for more.
