Tip of the month: You can't do it alone. Period!
Despite current trends in society, we are not individuals living by ourselves
needing little from each other. From the shirts we wear to the computers
we use, we need each other and the sooner we work with each other, the
quicker we will go forward again.
I've noticed coaching younger children that many have a warped sense of
reality they will make millions of dollars with little to no effort based
on who they are. The problem with that is you need to substantiate these
goals with serious knowledge, experience and obviously hard work. The
real problem behind it all? The last few decades have spoon fed us with
fake market demand. This in turn led to a consumption society fixating
mostly on instant gratification. It's then easy to see why people are
dissatisfied with their work and are now turning to more community oriented
work.
Coaching idea of the month: How about group coaching?
Group coaching offers spectacular progress using group synergy at a more
affordable price. Within a group, a person can grow, receive a wider support
and work towards a shared goal. In the next few months, I will look for
people interested in working together. These people don't need to know
one another nor even work in the same field. All you need is a common
desire to achieve the same goal. Check my blog this month for more information
on how to choose your perfect group and suggest your goals.
